註冊義務

1. 依本服務申請表之提示提供註冊者本人正確、精確、最新及完整的資料（下稱「登記資料」）。

若登記資料有所不實或誤導成分，「可觀自然教育中心暨天文館法團校董會」（下稱「可觀中心」）有權暫停或終止註冊者的帳號，並保留拒絕註冊者於現在和未來使用本服務之權力。

條款及細則

1. 可觀中心保留隨時修改、增加或取消上述申請者之權利而毋須事前通知。
2. 於《香港生物多樣性訊息系統》網站下載的物品及教材之版權及知識產權屬優質教育基金所擁有。物品及教材只可作非商業教育用途，不得作販賣及商業用途，違者可被即時取消用戶資格，優質教育基金及可觀中心保留一切法律追究權利。
3. 經由《香港生物多樣性訊息系統》網站下載的資料可作以下用途：
   1. 下載列印，並且於學校校園內張貼，以作為教育用途；
   2. 下載作為教材，於課堂內使用；
   3. 下載作為輔助工具，於野外研習使用；
   4. 其他經優質教育基金授權後的用途。
4. 《香港生物多樣性訊息系統》網站內資料不可轉載於私人網站內。違者可被即時取消用戶資格及保留一切法律追究權利。
5. 所有於《香港生物多樣性訊息系統》網站內下載的資源，任何部份或全部複製或轉載必須清楚註明來源並鳴謝版權持有人，即優質教育基金 。
6. 所有「登記資料」及其他相關資料均受到個人資料條例和本校「私隱政策聲明」之規管。
7. 密碼或帳號如遭到未獲授權的使用，或其他任何安全問題發生時，應立即通知本校。
8. 如有任何爭議，以可觀中心之最終決定為準。

Registration right

1. According to the registration form, membership applicant should provide correct, accurate, update and complete information ("Registration information").

The Incorporated Management Committee of Ho Koon Nature Education cum Astronomical Centre (HKNEAC) may forthwith terminate the membership of a member and the right of a member to use his or her services to Hong Kong Biodiversity Information System (HKBIS) website if a member commits misrepresentation or dishonest on the registration information.

Terms and conditions

1. HKNEAC reserve, the right to modify, add or cancel the right of above-mentioned applicants without prior notice.
2. Quality Education Fund (QEF) is the copyright owner of all works and teaching materials within HKBIS website. All works and teaching materials are restricted to non-commercial educational use and NOT for sale and commercial use. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited. QEF and HKNEAC reserve the right to take legal remedies and the member account may be forthwith terminated.
3. The materials downloaded from HKBIS website can be used for the following purpose:
   1. Download for printing and post in the school for education purposes;
   2. Download for teaching materials and use in the lesson;
   3. Download for supporting materials and use it for field study;
   4. Other uses with written authorization from QEF.
4. The materials in HKBIS website cannot be copied to personal website. Any reproduction of the materials in HKBIS website is strictly prohibited. QEF and HKNEAC reserves the right to take legal remedies and the member account may be forthwith terminated.
5. All materials downloaded from HKBIS website should be clearly declared the source as "Quality Education Fund (QEF)”.
6. All registration information and relevant personal information were protected by the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and The HKNEAC "Privacy Statement".
7. Any unauthorized use of personal account and password, or any other security problems, please inform HKNEAC immediately.
8. In the event of disputes, the decision of HKNEAC shall be final.
