非法採集 Illegal collection
非法採集指在沒有合理授權的情況，收集任何受法律或公約保護的植物物種。在保護區範圍內，即使個別植物品種不是受保護的物種，上述行為亦屬違法。
It refers to the collection of plant species that are under the protection of law or convention without valid authorization. It also referrs to such actions for unprotected plants which are located in protected areas.
