無性生殖 Asexual reproduction
無性生殖是指生物體直接由母體細胞分裂後產生出新個體的生殖方式。這種生殖的速度通常都較有性生殖快。但是，這種生殖方式的生物亦有機會會因為其後代無法適應新環境而滅絕。
Asexual reproduction is a mode of reproduction by which offspring arise from a single organism, and inherit the genes of that parent only. Asexual reproduction may have short term benefits when rapid population growth is important or in stable environments, however, it provides limited genetic diversity so offspring may not adapt to changing environments.
