紅花嶺,是香港新界北部邊境的一座山峰,位於打鼓嶺以東、沙頭角以西,海拔498米,是新界北區的最高峰。 政府將規劃約480公頃的紅花嶺為本港第25個郊野公園。根據漁護署研究,發現紅花嶺由於長年被列為禁區,因此能保留原來的生態面貌及生物多樣性。據統計,該處的動植物種類650種,其中以哺乳類動物、蝴蝶及蜻蜓品種最豐富。 這裏更找到全球只有200隻的大草鶯(Graminicola striatus),據鳥類學家估計,香港的數目已佔全球總數的九成

Robin's Nest is a peak in the northern boundary of New Territories. It is on the east of Ta Kwu Ling and west of Sha Tau Kok. Its highest point is 498m above sea level and is the highest peak in northern New Territories. The government is planning to designate 480 ha area of Robin's Nest into the 25th Country Park. According to survey conducted by AFCD, The natural habitats and biodiversity in Robin's nest can remain undisturbed as it has been a restricted area for years. It is found that there are around 650 species of animals and plants, in which species richness of mammals, butterflies and dragonflies is very high.  Chinese Grassbird (Graminicola striatus), only 200 individuals left in the world, can be found in Robin's Nest and according the estimation of ornithologist, 90% of its population is in Hong Kong.
